On edge of the Beaujolais, in the 'Pierres Dorées' region with its granite houses, this gîte for 15 people is located in a renovated former farmhouse alos including owner's home & a 2nd gîte for 15 people. The accommodation has 2 separate areas. 1st area on 2 floors with living room, lounge, shower room & Wc on the ground floor, 1 bedroom (double bed) & mezzanine with 2 single beds on the 2nd floor. 2nd area with separate access : 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (1 bedroom for 3 people, 1 bedroom for 2 with disabled access), each one with private facilities (shower room, separate Wc). 2 bedrooms for 3 people on the 2nd floor (separate access), each one with double bed, single bed and private sanitories. Private garden with barbecue, covered terrace with garden furniture, parking. Swimming pool (11m x 6m) shared with owners (with wading pool, UV treatment chlorine-free).
